What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. If you call or email us, we use your details only to reply and to work with you, and we don’t share them with anyone else.
Cookies and browser storage
We only set analytics cookies if you click Accept in the cookie bar. Everything else below is needed for the site to work or to remember a choice you made yourself.

Google Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymisation turned on. If you decline, the analytics script never loads. Google may process this data outside the EU under its data protection terms.
Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which sees your IP address in order to send them. Google states that Google Fonts doesn’t set cookies.
Change your mind
You can change your choice at any time. Declining removes the analytics cookies from your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
